Still in progress...I have no idea what to do for a background...but here's the figure... the color on the head detail is closest to reality...the yellow is less lurid in real life.

The role of the Sin Eater is something that interests me a great deal, as there were still Sin Eaters around these parts - Herefordshire and Shropshire - within living history. To take on somebody's sins at their deathbed: an act of love, desperation or even hope (that come your own time, someone would eat your sins and leave you wholesome for the next world). Looking forward immensely to seeing how this progresses, Judith - thaks for sharing.
